I had a great experience with the team at The Garage. My requested appointment time was confirmed within 24 hours and Daniel and the team were very responsive and helpful in the process. I was kept updated about the maintenance and informed prior to any additional services being performed, as well as given explanation for which services are recommended and why. For someone who isn't knowledgeable about cars, I felt very supported and was happy to become more educated. In addition, I believe the prices charged were very fair for the quality and quick turnaround time. I would recommend for people I know to come here for their services in the future.

The Garage is the only place I will take my vehicles to in Renton. Fair, honest, and reputable! They got my Fiancées Jeep Renegade in on very short notice trying to diagnose an electrical problem. They did absolutely everything they could and it came down to a very simple fix, an oil change, and that’s all we paid for! Super transparent and informative along the whole way! We were on our way home to Bellingham on a Saturday evening when our minivan failed to start. We had it towed to the garage on Monday and Dan said they would try to work it into their schedule as time permitted. By Tuesday afternoon Daniel called and said they had discovered a vacuum hose had become disconnected and were able to make a quick repair. They also did a thorough inspection of our vehicle and made recommendations for other work that will need some attention soon. We really appreciate the professionalism of the staff their great customer service. We would highly recommend The Garage to anyone who lives near Renton.
