My dad was a service advisor at Honda for 30 years, so he was always my go-to guy. Since he retired, I've had trouble with finding a shop I can trust until now. As a younger woman with an anxiety disorder, I've experienced a lot of bias and dishonesty getting my car serviced. So I'm very skeptical and cautious. I took my car into the Garage for an inspection last month because I was impressed by their ratings and accreditations. Both times I've visited now, Daniel was fantastic. He is kind, honest, transparent, and he explains everything thoroughly and effectively. I'm sure that this positive experience is a reflection of both his character and the culture at The Garage as a whole. It's a breath of fresh air to find a trustworthy shop. Unfortunately, the upcoming repairs my older car requires are more than the car is worth, and I have been in the market for an EV. The Garage doesn't service EVs at this time but I have my fingers crossed that they will in the near future because I would like to continue to use their services. If I end up moving in a different direction, I will definitely be back. But even if I go the EV route, my husband will be taking his hybrid there for maintenance and I'll be back one day as well!
