LONG POST SORRY! I have never met a more friendly, professional group! I was new in town and had to look for a mechanic because my 2005 Mercedes indicator light said it was time for my oil to be changed. Now you might ask why I didn't just take it to the dealers to get it changed and my answer to you is, "Have you seen what they charge for services there?" From the moment I called, Tony was very apologetic about putting me on hold, (which was not long AT ALL), I explained what I needed and he got me an appointment in 2 days! I came in and was immediately met by these awesome people! They told me the process and when they were done they came out and gave me the run down on my car, complete with a diagnostic with pictures sent to my phone! Talk about high tech! I was in and out in an hour but in the time that I was there I saw them interact with other customers in a honest and forthright manner explaining what they believed would be the best course of action for their vehicle. Even if they believed it would be an expensive job or not to their advantage to have it repaired, they were totally honest. I could go on and on about them but I think you get the message. They are a good group of mechanics that care about their craft and are in it because of their love for what they do. I would highly recommend them and I look forward to a long relationship with their business. If I would have one suggestion it would be to get their name changed on the website, because it's still listed as Jay's. That's how I found them I called the number and asked for Jay and was told he had retired. Well his successor truly has carried on his legacy of being honest, and friendly. Thank you for putting my mind at ease and doing a great job on my car. P. S. I WAS NOT PAID FOR THIS POST NOR DO I KNOW ANYONE WHO WORKS HERE OR THEIR FAMILIES! My profession was that of hiring personnel and I.can tell you that this place is one of the best when it comes to service organizations.
