My Buick leucern was ran out of gas by my lovely husband. Doing this basically screwed me. I needed a new fuel pump and relay. Both were replaced in a timely fashion with great communication! Tony and Rob were both great!! I have a business degree and I analyze places I shop at. I expect ethical, honest work. I don't like to be put on the back burner when I am buying anything. Tony literally was on top of every single thing. I honestly didn't even have to worry about anything. Best mechanic experience I've ever had!!

Came in to recharge my A/C, called ahead they were able to take me in that same morning. When I came in to pickup the truck the mechanic showed me some big issues in my suspension, which I had not expected to see and quite possibly saved my life that day, almost definitely saved me an expensive repair bill later if I did not fix it. And all this because they thoroughly checked the condition of my vehicle while it was there, even though it had nothing to do with A/C.

Gerry said she was very happy with the service this business provided. They did what they said they were going to do and it didn't cost as much as they estimated. She said she will be back.

Once again, my car and I received wonderful service and quality care at The Garage in Renton Highlands. I have taken my car to these guys for years and can always rely on them to give me accurate advice and quality care when working on my car. I trust their honesty and sincere willingness to do the right thing by their customers. I have told all my friends where I go for my car repair. Those who have tried them, all agree, they are the best.

Good customer service. Staff explained thoroughly to me of the problems. I would have given 5 stars, but I felt the rate was high. I got a knock sensor and an oxygen sensor replaced for my Subaru Forester and cost $500 (parts and labor). I could have replaced them myself. I would bring my car there instead of Craig's Japanese Car across the parking. Those guys are not good.
