Fair and honest

I was planning to take my car to the dealer for repair but decided to go to this local shop (only five minutes from our house) at the last minute based the great reviews. After everything was done and with my car back in my garage, I can honestly say they did not disappoint me. All the good things that people said about this shop are 100% true. The communication, the final cost, the care and honesty are all exceeded my expectations. I am confident that the problem with my car was fixed correctly and I made the right decision to bring my car to this shop. I strongly recommend everyone to give them a try when needed!!

While working at OReillys Auto Parts I had the good fortune to deliver auto parts to The Garage. I could tell right away that Tony, Daniel, Dan, and Tony were close like family and they treated me like family. They are professional, organized, knowledgeable about their profession, and they care deeply about their customers. They are relaxed and confident they can get the job done at a fair price. I have never witnessed an upset customer. The Garage is the only honest place I take my cars.

Daniel and the crew at the Garage helped get my son’s first car back on the road after another shop in the same parking lot lied to us about parts not being compatible and refusing to do the work for several weeks. I had them walk the keys over to the Garage, and they were able to fix the issue without even using the new parts I provided, so we can return the parts and keep my son’s meager savings alive. They also did a free transmission fluid change to help him get to his classes with higher confidence in the cars drivability. High class customer treatment, and I suspect we’ll be back pretty soon. :) Thanks for getting my son back on the road so he can get to his classes!

There was great communication through text and phone calls. Inspections brought up items that need to be addressed. Great work from the team!
