Excellent communication, they take the time to ensure the customer and shop are on the same page when it comes to the repair. I like the way you do your estimates. Your estimate was the total price out the door including everything. Unlike your referral to Firestone where when I was paying at their desk, they tacked on shop fees and taxes to the estimate they gave to me over the phone.
