As a new customer of the shop, I got a friendly and professional service from Daneil. He communicated with me on the status of the service and update the timeline when there are any changes. The team provided itemized and detailed report from their checks and had suggestions for each item. I could approve or decline the quotes as we want. I just really wanted to say thank you so much to everybody at The Garage in Renton for taking such great care of my vehicle as well as my daughter's car last week! Best shop I’ve ever been to. They were determined to find a noise my truck was making intermittently. I couldn’t figure it out, another shop couldn’t figure it out, but The Garage was committed to solving the mystery, honest about the timeline, and were incredibly generous while billing me despite the time they put in. 10/10 it’s hard to find honest and fair shops. I won’t be going anywhere else.
