It can be intimidating to go to any auto shop as a female. While my needs were simple (a routine service on a fairly new car), I still know there is always potential to be pressured in some way or sold something unneeded. That didn’t happen. Daniel was straightforward in explaining the process and made it clear that he appreciated my business. There were no up-charges or anything of the kind. It seems like the kind of place where I can ask questions that I would normally hesitate to, for fear of showing exploitable ignorance.
